Dr Marcus Flinder

Dr Marcus Flinder is founding partner of our Potsdam office. He is active throughout Germany in the field of labour law, at the interface with corporate law. He supports employees in safeguarding their legal interests, assists companies in restructuring and specialises in the conclusion and termination of employment contracts at the management level. A further focus is on labour law advice and representation in the field of social welfare and social economy. Dr Flinder has many years of practice in collective bargaining negotiations and designs in-house collective agreements and remuneration systems. He also has extensive experience in conciliation proceedings. In addition, he conducts in-house training courses for managers and is a trained mediator.
