Dr Stephan Schmeken is a partner in our law firm and has been advising companies of all sizes in all areas of IT and data protection law for more than 10 years. He advises software manufacturers, IT companies as well as service and industrial companies. He is particularly experienced in the preparation and negotiation of software contracts of all kinds, with a further focus on corporate law. Here he assists clients in all corporate law matters relating to the performance of their duties and the enforcement of their rights. He represents his clients both in and out of court. Furthermore, Dr Schmeken has been appointed as a notary public.
