Our clients are primarily small- and medium sized businesses and large enterprises in the regions comprising eastern Westphalia/Lippe, Münsterland and southern Westphalia, but also include firms from other parts of Germany and abroad.

The businesses we represent stem from a variety of branches ranging from trading firms, banks, insurance companies to the producing sector and service providers.

Among our clients in Bielefeld and environs are the Oetker group, Benteler AG, the Seidensticker group, Gerry Weber AG, the enterprises of the Stute group and their respective associated firms. We maintain a relationship based on trust to most of the partners and shareholders of these firms as well as their families. The client structure in Hamm is similar to that in Bielefeld. It has grown on the basis of the professional specialization pursued by our offices in Hamm. Following the elimination of separate registration for appeals-court lawyers (Singularzulassung), in addition to trading and industrial enterprises, a number of big banks and private banks as well as institutional clients have decided to entrust their legal affairs to the offices in Hamm.
