Dr Birte Meister advises and represents small and medium-sized companies in all matters relating to insolvency law. These include defence against claims for voidance and the enforcement of segregation and separation rights. With a Master's degree in International Business Law, she is a competent contact for legal questions on cross-border states of affairs in insolvency law. A further focus of her work lies in restructuring and reorganisation advice for companies experiencing financial difficulties. Since Dr Meister herself has been appointed as an insolvency administrator by several local courts, she is very familiar with the individual stages of the proceedings and the various restructuring options. In the interest of clients, she develops creative restructuring solutions for companies.
