Dr Götz Philipp

Dr. Götz Philipp is a founding partner of our Düsseldorf office. Dr. Philipp’s practice focuses on commercial law and employment law. As a specialist lawyer for commercial law, corporate law and employment law, he advises and represents medium-sized companies, executives and employees in and out of court. Dr. Philipp also works extensively with insolvency administrators and conducts litigation in the context of insolvency proceedings and enforces special assets under insolvency law. He also advises companies and entrepreneurs on the defense against claims under insolvency law. He has many years of experience in dismissal disputes and in drafting employment and termination agreements, including in the context of insolvency proceedings. He also assists company parties in conciliation talks and negotiations. In addition, he assists companies with restructurings in terms of both corporate and employment law and acts as a member of supervisory boards.
