Dr Mady Meiners specialises in the field of intellectual property. In addition to her work in the areas of unfair competition, trademark and copyright law, she advises companies on cartel law. In particular, she assists in the drafting of contracts in general and cartel law such as cooperation and supply contracts, but also research and development contracts.
