Dr Patrick Maaß is a lawyer, notary public and certified industrial property rights lawyer. He has been instrumental in establishing and expanding the department specialising in intellectual property and IT law. He advises and represents private individuals and companies in matters relating to intellectual property, IT law and commercial and corporate law, both in and out of court. Due to his many years of experience in these areas of law, he also specialises in drafting and reviewing contracts in both German and English.
