Dr Yorck Tilman Streitbörger is an insolvency administrator and certified lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law and is also admitted to the Spanish bar. He is an expert in the restructuring and reorganisation of companies, both out of court and through insolvency plans in the case of insolvencies under self-administration or protective screen proceedings. Dr Streitbörger supports entrepreneurs in negotiations with insolvency administrators, for example in the areas of distressed M&A, retention of title as well as in the defence against voidance claims. In addition, he is regularly appointed as an insolvency administrator or trustee by the local courts. He therefore knows first-hand the concerns of entrepreneurs when dealing with customers or suppliers in insolvency. He is the honorary chairman of the Bielefeld Association of Private Forest Owners.
