Dr Götz Zerbe

Dr Götz Zerbe is a partner in our firm. He supports companies in all matters relating to individual and collective labour law. He advises clients on restructuring, represents them in proceedings before the conciliation body and negotiates with works councils. Dr Zerbe works extensively in individual labour law. He also advises personnel departments in the preparation and implementation of all personnel measures, draws up employment contracts and accompanies managing directors and management board members as well as senior executives, particularly in connection with the termination of employment relations. Dr Zerbe has been an author for the Dr Otto Schmidt publishing house for many years and gives lectures on a wide range of labour law topics.
