Martin Vogel is a founding partner of our Potsdam office and built up the building law department. He advises small and medium-sized companies, the public sector, architects, engineers and consumers in matters relating to construction and architectural law. Martin Vogel accompanies all facets of construction management upon request: In the planning phase, he helps to overcome the approval challenges that can arise. He drafts and reviews contracts for specific construction projects and provides support during construction. He ensures the enforcement of claims through a network of recognised experts. If a dispute arises, Mr Vogel helps both as a mediator and as a representative in in- and out-of-court disputes. In addition, as an experienced certified administrative lawyer, he specialises in representing clients in judicial review proceedings before the Higher Administrative Courts.
